Day 26! Almost a month of working out regularly, without smoking, and being so so happy. I’ll admit I do need to push it a lot more but I make a real effort to get exercise in as much as I can. School’s back in session so hopefully keeping fit isn’t too much a struggle. New goal: get blood pressure below 124/74! Also…I still love my butt.
I’ve been surpassing my goal of a 9 minute mile for the past couple of days at the gym, by thirty seconds! I’m so proud of myself for sticking with exercise. Yesterday, for the first time in my entire life I looked in the mirror and thought, “You’re not even fat.” Now that’s real progress.
Day 17: my exercise routines are pretty consistent but I can’t get the mindful eating down. Tomorrow is a new day! And oh, my ass is gettin fiiiiit :)
Day 13! So far I’ve rested one day a week from exercise. Skipped a workout on Tuesday, unless flooding toads and faschnoozling with Taylor counts. I picked up soy protein powder yesterday in hopes of building more muscle, and for now am focusing on running a nine minute mile and maxing out on push-ups. It’ll take a while but I’d like to be able to do a one handed push-up soon. Like a champ.
